FLY Racing 2027 Motocross Gear: The New Range, Broken Down

FLY have never been shy about updates, but 2027 is different. They're calling it a reset — new fabrics, new fits, and a genuine shake-up across Evolution DST, Lite and Kinetic. If you're staring down a season of British mud, hardpack tracks and everything in between, here's what's actually landed, and where to grab it before your size runs out.

Evolution DST 2027 — the one the fast guys will be wearing

Top of the range, same as always. The 2027 DST leans on four-way HEX-Stretch fabric with laser-cut venting where it counts — shoulders, lower back, behind the knee — so it breathes on a 30-minute moto without falling apart on the third lap in the rocks. Leather heat shield panels are still there for anyone running pipe-side.

Two new looks lead the charge this year: Bolt, a sharp, high-contrast graphic that photographs brilliantly against red dirt, and Hunt, a black/camo colourway for riders who'd rather not stand out at the gate.

Evolution DST Bolt Kit Combo – Red/Black/White → Also in Black/Grey and White/Black/Orange.

Evolution DST Hunt Kit Combo – Black/Camo →

Lite 2027 — race feel without the DST price tag

Lite has always been the "I want to go fast but I also want to pay my mortgage" line, and 2027 keeps that promise. It's built on lighter mesh panelling than Kinetic, so it moves with you rather than against you through whoops and ruts, but it doesn't chase every last gram the way DST does — which honestly makes it the more forgiving pant to crash in.

Two fresh graphics this year: Flake, which comes in a properly loud grey/hi-vis/black option if you like being seen from the far side of the track, and Vibe, a lighter, cleaner white/pink/blue combo that stands out without shouting.

Lite Flake Kit Combo – Black/Grey/Multi → Also in Grey/Hi-Vis/Black and Red/Grey/Black.

Lite Vibe Kit Combo – White/Pink/Blue →

Kinetic 2027 — the everyday workhorse

Kinetic is the one most club riders actually own, and it's easy to see why. Durable enough for a full season of practice days, comfortable enough that you forget you're wearing it, and priced so a crash on lap two doesn't sting quite as much. For 2027 it comes in two new graphics — Blur and Fade — each in four colourways, so there's a decent chance one matches your bike without you trying too hard.

Kinetic Blur Kit Combo – Black/Grey → Also in Blue/Navy, Red/Maroon and White/Hi-Vis/Orange.

Kinetic Fade Kit Combo – Red/Black/White → Also in Blue/Black/White, White/Black/Hi-Vis and Hi-Vis/Navy/White.

Which one do you actually need?

If you're racing club MX most weekends and want every gram off the bike, go Evolution DST. If you want that race fit without the top-shelf price, Lite is the sweet spot. And if you just want solid, durable gear for turning laps at the local track without babying it, Kinetic does the job and then some.

Whichever one you pick, get in early — 2027 kit combos tend to sell through fast in the popular sizes, and once a colourway's gone at Dirt Store, it's gone.
