Where is Dirt Store based?

Dirt Store operates out of our warehouse facility in Heathfield in the South of England, we aim to process all orders on the same day Monday to Friday with a number of delivery options listed below. We have partnered with Royal Mail and DPD to offer a premium to the door delivery service. 

Returns & Refunds

How do i return an item?

If you would like to return an item to Dirt Store then you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us with your return request.

Our Refund process is shown below, please take note of this before purchase

  • Contact our customer support team via email at or through our customer support portal.

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant details.

  • Our customer support team will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.

  • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for the item you are returning until it has been received at our warehouse. We always recommend using a secure postal method which is fully tracked via Royal Mail or similar.

What can i return?

All items are returnable providing they meet ALL of the criteria outlined below.

  • The purchase was made within the last 30 days
  • The product has not been used, is undamaged and is still in its original packaging.
  • Proof of order via receipt or order number is available
  • The item is not underwear or swimwear, this is due to hygiene reasons.

What is the return cost?

You are responsible for the returns cost of sending the order back to our warehouse, we recommend sending via tracked services like Royal Mail.

If you have found a fault or defect with the item you ordered then this can be raised as a warrant claim and we will refund the shipping costs when refunding the order. Please ensure that this is clearly stated on the return request and we will advice on how to return these items.
