DIRT STORE SEAT BOLT KIT KTM/HUSQVARNA/GASGAS SX/TC/MC 50 & 65 2009-2026

We have designed and manufactured this innovative, high-end seat bolt fastening system for KTM, Husqvarna, and GASGAS 50cc and 65cc models from 2009–2026. Featuring a unique all-in-one bolt and washer design, the drilled washer and dished bolt head make this a true one-off solution.

Beyond its sharp looks, this system significantly reduces the risk of seat loss. The OEM seat fastener is known to loosen during riding and can also make seat installation frustrating at times. That’s exactly why we developed this upgraded fastening system—to provide a more secure, reliable, and rider-friendly alternative.

The longer threads provide a tight, secure fit that won’t loosen during riding, helping prevent seat loss. While installation takes a bit more time than the stock setup, it’s a far better alternative than losing your seat mid-race.

Installation is straightforward. Start by removing the OEM half turn fastener and the under seat receiver (which is mounted to the rear fender). The new receiver installs directly in place using the OEM T15 Torx head bolts. Next, remove the OEM half turn fastener from the seat by prying off the retaining washer with a screwdriver. Keep the black plastic washer on top of the seat, as it will be reused with the new bolt.

Slide the new bolt through the seat hole with the OEM black plastic washer positioned underneath. Reinstall the seat as usual, carefully aligning the bolt with the receiver below. Hand-tighten the bolt using a 8mm T-Bar until snug.
