Dirt Store operates out of our warehouse facility based in East Sussex, we aim to process all orders on the same day Monday to Friday with a number of delivery options listed below. We have partnered with Royal Mail and APC to offer a premium to the door delivery service.

If you would like to return an item to Dirt Store then you have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit your returns within out returns portal.
Our Refund process is shown below, please take note of this before purchase
- Visit the returns portal in your account here
- Follow the instructions within the returns portal.
- Our customer support team will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.
- If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for the item you are returning until it has been received at our warehouse. We always recommend using a secure postal method which is fully tracked via Royal Mail or similar

All items are returnable providing they meet ALL of the criteria outlined below.
- The purchase was made within the last 30 days
- The product has not been used, is undamaged and is still in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of order via receipt or order number is available
- Please include your original packing slip identifying which products you are returning.
- The item is not underwear or swimwear, this is due to hygiene reasons.

Returns Condition
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. All items must be packed with sufficient protection to protect the original packaging.
If packaging is damaged or missing this will incur a 10% repackaging fee.
Helmets - Helmets must be returned with buckles done up and put back inside the polythene bags to avoid damage in transit, the helmet box must be placed inside another box when shipping back to us. NO stickers, tape or labels are to be placed on the original helmet box.

You are responsible for the returns cost of sending the order back to our warehouse, we recommend sending via tracked services like Royal Mail.
If you have found a fault or defect with the item you ordered then this can be raised as a warrant claim and we will refund the shipping costs when refunding the order. Please ensure that this is clearly stated on the return request and we will advice on how to return these items.
