The Fly Racing Formula Helmet offers an entirely new approach to rider safety. Its advanced Adaptive Impact System combines multiple protective technologies to help reduce the risk of skull fractures and dangerous concussions caused by both linear and rotational impacts.

The first layer of protection features Impact Energy Cells made with RHEON, an innovative viscoelastic material. Seven strategically positioned cells help absorb and disperse impact energy before it reaches the rider’s head.

For additional protection, Fly combines its patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded-volume EPS across six critical impact zones. Each zone is specifically engineered to respond progressively to both low- and high-speed impacts. This design also creates a softer, lighter liner for improved comfort while absorbing impact forces across a wider range of situations.
